Heart-shaped stone could lead to $200 MILLION gold mine!

A team of gold hunters heads into the allegedly cursed mountain range, known as the Superstition Mountains, in search of lost treasure said to be worth $200 million.

The Superstition Mountains is a mountain range based in Arizona located to the east of the metropolitan area of Phoenix. The Superstition Mountains' most famous mountain is, unsurprisingly, the Superstition Mountain. The Superstition Mountain is a large mountain that is a popular recreation destination that is frequented by residents of the Phoenix area.

The Superstition Mountains is 160,000 acres of deadly land with a cursed history. An apache legend claims that an angry god and the mouth to hell lay hidden in these canyons. But gold hunters have still flocked to the site over the centuries because there's also the possibility of 200 million dollars in gold. This 200 million dollar treasure is a lost fortune at the center of a 500-year-old mystery. A mystery that links the conquistadors (a secretive religious order an ancient warrior tribe) and a madman whose discovery created a legend.

Thousands have tried and failed to decode the cryptic clues leaving a trail of bodies and blood for anyone who gets too close to the truth. But now new evidence will dare a brave few to defy the curse in search of America's deadliest treasure.

For decades, prospectors have headed to the Superstition Mountains -  which stretch across 160,000 acres of the Arizona desert - in search of gold that legends claim is contained in mines at the location. Stories of the buried treasure date back to conquistadors in the 1500s, but the most famous legend involves a Dutch prospector who claimed to have found an untapped mine in the 1860s and left cryptic riddles about the location of the treasure. Since then, thousands have trekked to the mountain hoping to find the gold, but no one has succeeded and some have perished trying. New evidence brings five men to the Superstition Mountains hoping to overcome the curse and unearth the treasure. The men are led by Wayne, who has made it his life's work to uncover the truth surrounding the century-old mystery. His team includes retired police detective Frank, expert prospector Woody, geologist Eric and 'Deal' who has had success prospecting in California. (S1E1)
