James is a Sky HISTORY writer fascinated by all the oddest and most unusual stories from history. Whether it’s centuries-old mysteries, forgotten traditions or even just strange sports, he’s happiest when researching and writing stories that sound too unbelievable to be real. Recently caught the Greek mythology bug courtesy of Stephen Fry’s audiobooks, but remains one of the few people not to have watched The Odyssey .
