T Cribb & Sons

T Cribb & Sons

"Someone once said to me that at least I would never be out of business."

T Cribb & Sons has remained an independent, family run business since Thomas Cribb established it in 1881. Thomas’s grandson, Stan, is now in his eighties and only retired recently as senior partner.

With the help of his sons Graham and John and grandchildren Sarah, Nichola, Jack and Joe, he has seen T Cribb & Sons become firmly established as one of London’s most highly regarded funeral directors.

"Someone once said to me that at least I would never be out of business..." Stan says, "but with that attitude you'd be out of business in no time. Whoever it is, you treat their funeral like your first. It's all about dignity. It's the last thing you can do for them."
