Everyday is a learning day because if you’re not learning you’re not living! This is Rachael’s mantra and can be heard daily from her desk, as well as, “cup of tea anyone?”
Everyone says that Rachael is always on holiday and truth be told she does appear to be out of the office more than most. But that’s only because she loves to travel and next up on the list is the US of A! While she saves up for the flight Rachael is learning all about the places she wants to visit and the people she hopes to meet by watching top HISTORY shows like Larry The Cable Guy: Only in America and American Pickers. The one place that looks a little too cold for comfort is up north in Alaska, where the Ice Road Truckers seem to have had driving lessons from her mum!
When she’s not on an epistemological escapade Rachael can be found having a creative moment in the kitchen cooking a nice banana cake. Always on the look out for new ideas for dinner, Rachael found the tips on Cajun cooking with Swamp People very useful. But alligator is definitely off the menu!
