Job Description: Reports into Partnership Marketing Manager

AETN UK undertakes initiatives with third party organisations to engage target audiences (via sponsorships, partnerships and promotions), advocates and opinion formers with its brands, in order to position and increase awareness for each channel.

We are currently looking for cover for 5 weeks to jump in at the deep end and support the Partnership Marketing Manager on generating and implementing partnership projects.
Responsibilities would include co-ordinating marketing materials, copywriting, writing briefs and proof reading. Maintaining communication links and regularly updating with third party partners. Liaising with internal departments e.g. new media on partnership to implement Partnership activity. Researching external opportunities which tie-in with and support AETN UK’s programming, activities and brands, including museums, heritage organisations, websites, exhibitions and events. Co-ordinating the running of both AETN UK events and our presence at external sponsored events.

Experience and skills
• Relevant experience in a related role
• Proactive, resourceful and creative
• Excellent and confident communicator with attention to detail
• Good organisational and negotiation skills
• Experience in briefing designers and print management
• Experience of working on events
• Strong proof-reading and editing skills
• Experience in either Marketing, sponsorship or Events
• Demonstrable experience of working with third parties
